In a remarkable 24-week journey, I successfully shed 45 kg, transforming from 127 kg to an impressive 82 kg. Instead of resorting to extreme diets or intense workouts, I embraced a practical program that seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. The results were not only visible in my physical well-being but also translated into newfound confidence and energy. Small, consistent steps paved the way for this significant change.

Maintaining my diet alongside my thriving Entrepreneurship was a big challenge. Although I was into fitness but due to COVID-19 and my new life journey I had to compromise my health. I faced huge health issues and also got affected by COVID-19 which damaged my lungs badly. Alhamdulliah with the blessings of Almighty Allah I got back on track and got in shape to get my health back Alhamdulliah.

Growing up, I was always the small, scrawny kid in class. People would look at me as weaker, and that affected my mental health. I wasn't confident in myself. This fueled me to change the way that I looked, and the way that people perceived me. I started working out at the age of 18 - at a measly bodyweight of 45 kilos. I gained over 20 kilos in my past few years workout journey. But in the last 6 months I made a cutting transformation which helped me to get the best version of myself, gain confidence and strength. I don't work out for others anymore, rather, health and fitness has become an integral part of my lifestyle.

Being from a Pakistani family I had to move out to Australia for my higher education. Alongside that getting a job was a must and amidst this I figured out how much weakly it felt to be super skinny. Thanks to Devsfit, I got to start my Fitness journey and from a skinny weak guy of 48kgs I got to reshape myself and my strength. Now I feel very confident and everything feels great in my new body.
